Veronica Vasquez Garcia
Veronica is the founder of JMM Dance Co. and the creator of the Juans Mindset Method, a transformative approach that blends dance with Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) to foster emotional resilience, self-expression, and connection in young dancers. Veronica’s passion for movement began at an early age, leading her to open her first dance studio at 19. Throughout her career, she noticed that her most meaningful impact came not from perfecting dance steps, but from helping students unlock their emotions, confidence, and inner strength through movement.

She is a published author of children’s books and is passionate about fostering clear, collaborative agreements that support the company’s mission and growth. Outside of work, Kierston enjoys weight training and cherishes quality time with her husband and 12-year-old daughter.
